Zanin demands accountability from Dallagnol

Minister Cristiano Zanin, of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), requested that the Regional Electoral Court of Paraná (TRE-PR) hold former prosecutor Deltan Dallagnol accountable for violation of fiscal and banking secrecy. Zanin forwarded the request to the Paraná electoral court, which has jurisdiction to judge cases involving Dallagnol. The case concerns an alleged breach of financial and fiscal secrecy during the Lava Jato investigations. The former prosecutor, who was one of the main figures of the operation, may face consequences for the indicated acts in the electoral sphere.
