Here comes the duck at Rock in Rio 2026; accessories pay tribute to Bad Omens band's vocalist
The metal day at Rock in Rio's Cidade do Rock in 2026 was invaded by ducks - and it wasn't because of rainwater puddles. The explanation lies in Noah Sebastian, vocalist of the band Bad Omens, who performs on the Sunset Stage at 10:50 PM. Fans compare the artist to a duck because of his facial expressions, flooding social media with memes and videos of his faces and beaks.
The Rio de Janeiro student Gustavo Lipe, 23 years old, explained the origin of the joke. According to him, they were distributing ducklings for free at the festival entrance because Noah is compared to a duck. His friend Nathan Ardoin, also a 21-year-old student, didn't even know the story and was just wearing the accessory because it was a duck.
There are also online stores selling various shirts with the print and the musician's hair. At a show last year, Noah Sebastian talked about the joke when a fan showed him a photoshop during the presentation.
