Starting yesterday, the ceiling of the República da Saudade restaurant, in Coimbra, has been decorated by the new installation "Guitarra-Mãe, Guitarra Mundo". The installation was created to adorn the restaurant space, bringing an artistic touch to the environment.
The project has an inspiration that goes beyond the borders of Portugal, aiming to establish a connection between Coimbra and the world through the sound of the guitar. This connection reflects the musical tradition of the city, internationally known for its university and academic music.
The installation thus represents a celebration of the guitar as a central cultural element, departing from Coimbra to reach a worldwide dimension. The República da Saudade restaurant hosts this piece that combines art and music in a single space.
