SANTA MARTA DE PENAGUIÃO PROMOTES HARVEST WALK AMONG VINEYARDS AND DOURO LANDSCAPES

The Municipality of Santa Marta de Penaguião is promoting the Harvest Walk on September 26, an initiative that invites participants to walk the PR7 Santa Marta trail and discover the wine-producing landscapes of the Douro region.

The route is 6.9 kilometres long with medium difficulty, crossing vineyard areas and areas of heritage and landscape interest, providing a different way to discover the municipality during the harvest season.

The walk ends at the Municipal Pools, where participants will have access to a moment of relaxation in the water. Registration costs 7.50 euros and includes insurance, a gift, refreshments and entry to the pools.

Registrations run until September 18. The news was published by journalist Vitória Botelho.
