Ten days after the floods that ravaged Nepal, Nepali authorities reported two survival miracles. A worker was rescued alive from a tunnel, while a woman was found alive inside a house completely covered in mud.
The floods created a dramatic situation in the affected areas, with houses destroyed and infrastructure damaged. Rescue work continues in various regions of the country.
Nepali authorities report approximately 900 missing workers, who were involved in 12 hydroelectric projects spread across the country. This situation represents one of the largest search and rescue operations currently underway in Nepal.
