The National Health Service (SNS) will continue to be unable to serve all users, according to a new plan revealed by the newspaper Público. The plan, which is already nine months late, predicts that 15% of users will still not have a family doctor until 2028. This situation means a significant portion of the Portuguese population will continue to lack consistent primary healthcare services.
