The Municipality of Nelas hosts until next Sunday this year's edition of the Dão Wine Fair, considered the largest wine event in the Demarcated Region of Dão. The event features the presence of Prime Minister, Luís Montenegro, in a demonstration of recognition of the event's relevance to the country.
During these days, visitors have at their disposal a diversified program of activities, which includes wine tastings, showcookings, music, theatre, exhibitions, meetings, walks, street entertainment, and leisure and sports activities for all ages.
The event represents a broad representation of the associations of the municipality of Nelas, bringing together the local community around the celebration of the region's wine.
