Nacional officially signs striker Njoya Abdel

Nacional officially announced on Saturday the signing of 22-year-old Cameroonian striker Njoya Abdel. The player signed a contract valid for five seasons, being linked to the Madeiran club until 2031.

Abdel arrives from FC Hegelmann, of Lithuania, where he played in the last season. While at the Lithuanian club, the striker made 22 appearances and scored nine goals last season.

The number 9 shirt reinforces the offensive options of the Choupana team, joining the group of strikers available for next season.

In addition to the experience gained in the Lithuanian league, the young Cameroonian also has participation in European competitions, having been involved in the UEFA Europa Conference League qualifying phase.
