FC Paços de Ferreira returned to make changes to their squad ahead of the fourth round of Liga 3, signing two Brazilian forwards and registering two departures. The Castores continue to adjust the team while seeking greater stability after a complicated start to the championship.
The first signing is Vitinho, a 22-year-old Brazilian winger signed permanently from EC Bahia, in a deal that foresees sharing of economic rights between the two clubs. Formed at the Bahian club, Vitinho joined the first team in 2023 and in 2026 represented Santa Cruz FC in the Brazilian Série C, making 25 appearances and scoring one goal, being his first experience in European football. The player promised dedication and determination to the Pacenses fans.
The second signing is Jotta, a 22-year-old Brazilian winger who arrives on loan from Londrina EC. João Pedro da Cruz Oliveira came through the youth ranks at Flamengo, spent time at Real Valladolid in Spain and made his debut in the Brazilian Série A for Cruzeiro. In 2026 he represented Londrina and AD Confiança, the latter in Série C, where he made 23 appearances and scored two goals. The player stated he was very happy and comfortable at the club.
The two arrivals are accompanied by two departures: Nilton Cardoso, who was on loan, returns to SCU Torreense, and Diogo Nascimento saw his contract terminated. The team's next opportunity comes on Saturday, with the trip to face SC Vianense, in a match scheduled for 2:00 PM.
