The city of Machico, in Madeira, will host on September 20th an edition of the Blessing of the Helmets, an event that brings together motorcyclists from various backgrounds for a day dedicated to road protection. The meeting is promoted by the Blessing of the Helmets Association (ABC) and aims to associate the religious dimension with the unity and fraternity that characterize the motorbike community.
The motto chosen for this edition is "One faith, one road, one spirit", with the organization seeking to highlight the connection between faith and road safety. The program includes assembly scheduled for 10:20 AM, followed by a religious ceremony and the Procession of the Banners as central moments of the event.
