Henrique Monteiro, commentator on the Expresso da Meia-Noite program, made a comparison between Luís Neves' position in the government and the number six in football. According to Monteiro, in football the number six is the player who "destroys the game", and he applied this same characterization to Luís Neves, considering him "an excellent number six of the government" who "destroys everything".
Henrique Monteiro's intervention comes as an analysis on the Expresso da Meia-Noite program, where the question raised was "How long will Luís Neves resist?", suggesting that his position in the government may be at stake.
The program also featured the analyses of Alexandre Poço, Bruno Pereira and Francisco Louçã, who together with Henrique Monteiro debated the government official's performance.
Luís Neves is described as the number six of the government, a reference to his hierarchical position in the executive, about which Henrique Monteiro expressed a particularly negative assessment, comparing his impact to that of a football player who, in his view, destroys the game instead of contributing to improving it.
