Nicole Bahls was present at a sponsor's booth at Rock in Rio on this first day of the festival, where she participated in activations, posed for photos with fans, and talked about the controversy involving her name in recent days. The model would have been the headline of Tradição, a samba school in the Série Prata of Rio de Janeiro, at next year's Carnival, but the school dropped the idea shortly after announcing it.
Nicole told GLOBO that the decision not to make her the big muse of the school next year was made jointly, by her and Tradição. The reason cited by the model for the dropout was a scheduling conflict, as her schedule was quite full due to commitments with various brands.
The model stated that Tradição is a school she already holds in her heart, and that receiving the invitation already made her feel honored. According to Nicole, the initial invitation came from the school's director, named Rafaela, and that after thinking it over, both parties came to the conclusion that it would be better not to proceed with the partnership for Carnival.
