The Chapel of Santa Maria Madalena is located between the cities of Braga and Guimarães, being divided between the two municipalities. The sanctuary is a place of devotion that attracts thousands of people throughout the year.
Every year, the faithful return to the sanctuary to participate in a festival typical of Minho, keeping alive a religious and cultural tradition of the Minho region.
