Abreu Advogados advised Plasman Europe, owned by the Plasman automotive industry group, on the sale of the entire share capital of its subsidiary in Portugal to the North American counterpart JAC Products. The transaction involved the complete sale of the group's Portuguese subsidiary.

The law firm advised the client Plasman Europe, based in Sweden, on all matters of Portuguese law related to the transaction, including the corporate restructuring and equity restructuring of the target company carried out prior to the operation, support for the seller's due diligence process, and the drafting and negotiation of the purchase and sale agreement and the remaining associated documentation.
Plasman Portugal operates an automotive components factory in Carregado, in the municipality of Alenquer.
