SATA recommends transporting medication in cabin baggage

SATA Holding S.A., through Azores Airlines, recommended that medications should be transported in cabin baggage, remaining with the passenger throughout the entire journey. This indication was provided upon request from the newspaper Açoriano Oriental.

According to the preventive recommendations available on the official Azores Airlines website, passengers should not place medications in checked luggage, that is, in hold baggage. This guidance aims to ensure that passengers have access to their medications during the flight.
