The Arbitration Council of the Portuguese Football Federation appointed Filipa Cunha to referee the women's Super Cup between Benfica and Porto. She is a 34-year-old international referee, belonging to the Football Association of Viana do Castelo. The match is scheduled for this Sunday, at 5:15 PM, at the Municipal Stadium of Fontelo, in Viseu.
The complete refereeing team includes assistants Cristiana Costa and Vera Correia, fourth referee Lorena Esteves, and on-field referees Tiago Figueiredo, from the Football Association of Santarém, and Inês Carvalho, from the Football Association of Viana do Castelo.
Regarding the video assistant referee team, responsibility will be in the hands of Cláudia Ribeiro, with André Campos and João Malheiro Pinto as VAR assistants.
Benfica and Porto will meet for the second time this season, after their clash in the Portuguese Cup final last season. Benfica ended their preparation with a great victory.
