The Ginásio Clube de Faro, in partnership with "Estúdio Lá no 7", will organize the first edition of Festival Subsolo, with the objective of giving a stage to emerging artists and distinguishing the winner as "Artist SUBSOLO of the Year". The festival aims to discover and value emerging talents, bringing artists to showcase their work.
Applications are open online until the 10th, with artists required to present their project. After this phase, the finalists will be selected to perform live before the audience and jury, on September 12th, starting at 6 PM, at the skatepark in Faro.
The winner will be distinguished with the title of "Artist SUBSOLO of the Year" and will join the official lineup of Festival Subsolo, which takes place on October 3rd, also in Faro. Among the main evaluation criteria will be artistic merit, originality, quality of performance and the potential of the project.
The organization highlights that the objective is to create a real opportunity to discover, support and give visibility to new talents, allowing emerging artists to reach new audiences and be part of the Subsolo history.
