Meteored Portugal4 September 2026 at 13:01

This Saturday, temperatures will rise up to 5°C in Lisbon, after a brief drop expected for this Friday. The weather model indicates a temperature recovery for the weekend, with a sharp rise in thermometers in the Ribatejo and Alentejo regions.

This Friday dawned with a hazy horizon due to the presence of Saharan dust, which should remain in Portuguese territory over the coming days, although its concentration is higher today.

Thermometers recorded a generalized drop in maximum temperature values, expecting between 24°C in Viana do Castelo and 35°C in Castelo Branco in the coming hours. Lisbon also experienced a thermal drop between yesterday and today, with recovery of this value expected tomorrow.
