Carla Caramujo promises to bring 'Light and Darkness' to the Óbidos Opera Festival

Carla Caramujo, soprano and Artistic Director of the Óbidos Opera Festival (FOO), revealed the details of the fourth edition of the festival, which has "Light and Darkness" as its central theme. The event promises to explore the duality between light and darkness through the chosen artistic program.

The edition opens on the 5th with the gala "Mozart, Weber and Beethoven - Meeting of Titans", which brings together works by three great classical composers. The festival closes on the 20th with the presentation of "Orpheus and Eurydice", one of the most well-known operas in the classical repertoire.
