Parque Infante Dom Pedro in Aveiro will host on September 6th the Estação Brasil event, a free celebration of Brazil's Independence Day. From 12pm to 10pm, the park transforms into a stage of Brazilian culture with a diverse program that includes live music, gastronomy from all regions of Brazil, a craft market and a kids space.
The musical program brings together artists and groups representing the richness of Brazilian rhythms, with emphasis on samba, forró, choro, MPB, batuque, among other styles.
The event is described as more than a party, being a meeting of flavors, rhythms and affections that aims to bring cultures together and promote the integration of migrant communities.
Beyond revitalizing the region, Estação Brasil aims to promote interculturality and showcase the territory where it takes place, contributing to the valorization and integration of migrant communities through cultural diversity.
