The Portugal Undercup Monção International Youth Football Tournament will return in 2027 with several new features, with the expansion of the competition's duration standing out. The event is expected to bring together around five thousand athletes, representing significant growth compared to previous editions.

One of the main new features is the Portugal Undercup Monção Easter edition, although the dates have not yet been revealed. This new edition comes as a complement to the main tournament.

The tournament has been growing consistently year after year, establishing itself through its scale and the high number of athletes and teams participating. Among the participants are clubs of recognized prestige both nationally and internationally.

In 2027, the competition will take place across three distinct periods: June 17 to 20, June 24 to 27, and June 29 to July 1. The last day of the tournament coincides with the first day of the Monção Alvarinho Fair, creating a link between the sporting event and local tradition.
