The Intermunicipal Community of Alto Minho (CIM Alto Minho) will promote, between September 21 and October 23, 2026, two training actions dedicated to responsible reconciliation between family and professional life. These initiatives are aimed at the general public and equality technicians, integrating the Iqual Campus project, which aims to promote gender equality and co-responsibility in family and professional contexts.
The training will be carried out in a mixed format, combining asynchronous theoretical content through pre-recorded modules with online practical sessions. Participants will acquire knowledge on co-responsibility, reconciliation rights and resources, distribution of domestic and care work, and labor flexibility.
The training aimed at the general public aims to contribute to a more balanced distribution of family and professional responsibilities. The action aimed at equality technicians will have a more specialized component, addressing public policies, co-responsibility plans, data analysis, collective bargaining and awareness strategies for implementing equality measures in companies and organizations.
Registrations are open until September 18 and can be made through the Iqual Campus platform. The actions are promoted by CIM Alto Minho and co-funded by the European Union, through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), under the Interreg VI-A Spain-Portugal program (POCTEP) 2021-2027.
