The VII Pictorin – International Meeting of Artists will take place between September 8 and 11 in Santarém, with a free programme dedicated to interculturality and the bringing together of different communities through art. The seventh edition brings together local and foreign artists in activities linked to poetry, music, theatre, painting and sculpture, also involving the population in various moments of creation and sharing.

All initiatives are free to attend and require no prior registration. The Ukrainian community, through Zirka Drive, and the Angolan community, represented by the Association of Angolans in Santarém, will have particular prominence in the programme, presenting different cultural expressions and promoting dialogue with artists and the local community.

Initially focused on visual arts, Pictorin has been expanding its programme to other artistic languages. In this edition, the various forms of expression are placed at the service of interculturality.
