PÚBLICO Brasil, in partnership with the Casa da América Latina, is raffling off five double-entry kits for the IX Mercado da América Latina, each including a book. The event takes place on September 11, 12, and 13, in Estoril, Portugal, and is described as the biggest Latin American party in the country.
