Fernando Alfaiate, president of the PRR Mission Structure, admitted that he cannot guarantee that no entity will be left without funds. The responsible party warned that there are works that do not compromise the execution of the Recovery and Resilience Plan but that are being carried out and for which the money may not arrive.
The president of the Mission Structure acknowledged that there is still a lot of work ahead. The situation arises at a time when there is pressure on available funds and when some initiatives may be left without financing.
The PRR is a European funding program aimed at economic and social recovery, and any problem in execution can affect multiple ongoing projects throughout the country.
