In eight years, 79 vehicles and 29 seized boats were assigned to public use. These assets were managed by the Property Administration Office and delivered to justice agencies and the Maritime Police. The vehicles and vessels were part of seizures carried out within the framework of judicial proceedings.
The allocation of these assets saw a significant increase of 65% between 2024 and the previous year. This growth reflects greater dynamism in the use of seized assets for public purposes, rather than remaining idle or in a state of abandonment.
The beneficiary agencies include entities linked to justice and maritime enforcement. The Maritime Police received seized boats to reinforce their operational capabilities for surveillance and control of territorial waters.
