Direct awards up to 217 thousand euros

The municipalities of Madeira will now be able to award works to a single company through direct awards up to 217,500 euros. This change comes following a new national law that sets the limit at 150,000 euros. However, a regional increase of 45% raises this ceiling for Madeira's municipalities.
