The music band of La Llosa won its judicial battle against the City Council. The First Instance Court of Castelló de la Plana sided with the appeal presented by Unió Musical Sant Felip Neri de la Llosa and declared that the municipality violated the entity's fundamental rights to equality and freedom of association. The sentence orders the city council to immediately cease the harmful actions and restore neutral and non-discriminatory treatment towards the association.
