FC Porto made official the signing of Hjalte Froholdt, a 20-year-old Danish right-back. The player arrives on loan from Lyngby, his home club, until the end of the sporting season.
The loan includes a purchase option set at one million euros, an amount that FC Porto may pay to keep the player permanently after the loan period.
Froholdt thus joins the group of young international players that make up the Porto squad, representing another bet by the club on signing young talent for the right-back position.
