A driver was intercepted by the PSP after filling up at a fuel station without paying and attempting to flee. The officers found that the driver showed signs of intoxication and was subjected to a blood alcohol test, which revealed a rate of 3.12 grams per liter of alcohol in the blood.

This value corresponds to six times the legal limit allowed for driving. The driver was named as a defendant and notified to appear before the judge, but failed to attend the scheduled hearing.

The case was presented yesterday by the Lisbon Territorial Command of the PSP, which did not specify the exact date of the facts nor the location of the fuel station where the unfilled fueling occurred.
