Drink More Water Every Day: The Small Habit That Helps Take Care of Body and Mind

El Periódico Mediterráneo - General3 September 2026 at 22:59

Drinking water seems like the simplest action in the world, but between meetings, commutes, workouts, and daily obligations, it's common to reach the end of the day feeling like you haven't drunk as much as you needed. It's generally not a matter of not knowing, but rather of routine: water is available, but it doesn't always have a visible place in our schedule.
