Italian tourist injured in the Glória elevator accident still awaits response from Portuguese authorities

The accident with the Elevador da Glória, in Lisbon, caused 16 dead and more than 20 injured, most of them foreign tourists. The incident happened about a year ago and continues to generate repercussions.

One of the injured victims is the Italian Stefania Lepidi, who was in Lisbon to participate in a conference. On the afternoon of the accident, she decided to go to the city center with her son for a walk before dinner.

Stefania Lepidi states she is still quite fragile due to a trauma difficult to overcome. The Italian assures she is awaiting responses from Portuguese authorities about the incident.
