Gaspar Gonçalves won in a sprint and became the first leader of the Grande Prémio TSF/JN, a cycling race that tomorrow takes place in the Terras de Sicó. The athlete achieved victory in the opening stage, thus securing the leadership of the general classification of the race.
The second stage is scheduled for tomorrow, with a route of 149.7 kilometers between Pombal and Condeixa-a-Nova. The stage promises to be demanding for the cyclists, with various difficulties along the route.
The route of the second stage includes three mountain classifications. Two of these difficulties are found in an interval of only five kilometers, which should cause important selections in the group of favorites and test the endurance of the competitors.
