PRR: PS/Açores asks Regional Government for detailed data on execution in the region

jornalacores9.pt3 September 2026 at 19:21

The parliamentary group of PS/Açores submitted a request to the Legislative Assembly of the Azores to obtain detailed information from the Regional Government on the execution of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR) in the region. The Azorean socialist party wants specific data on the progress of projects funded by this European instrument.

The request for information comes at a time considered important for monitoring European funds. PS/Açores acknowledges that the PRR represented a very significant opportunity for the region and made it possible to carry out relevant investments on the various islands of the archipelago.

The request is addressed to the Regional Government, which is led by a coalition formed by PSD, CDS-PP and PPM. The requested data should allow the socialist party to assess the current state of execution of projects funded by the PRR in the Azores.
