Official: Martinelli leaves Arsenal for Al Hilal

The Brazilian winger Gabriel Martinelli left Arsenal to transfer to Al Hilal. The 25-year-old player signed a four-season contract with the Saudi club.

Arsenal received around 60 million pounds from this transfer, setting a new record sale for the English club. This was the highest amount ever received by the Gunners for a player's transfer.

Martinelli arrived at Arsenal in 2019 and became an important piece in the team's attack, contributing with goals and assists throughout his seasons at the London club.
