OFFICIAL: Sidney Lima leaves Santa Clara and heads to Serbia

Sidney Lima, 29-year-old Brazilian defender, left Santa Clara and headed to Serbia to reinforce Partizan Belgrade. The player transferred on loan from the Azorean club to the Serbian side.

Partizan officially announced the signing of the Brazilian central defender. Sidney Lima thus joins the Serbian club in a temporary loan operation from Santa Clara.

This transfer marks a significant change in the player's career, as he leaves Portuguese football to compete in the Serbian League. Santa Clara, a Portuguese First Division club based in the Azores, loaned the defender to the Belgrade giant.

With this move, Sidney Lima will now compete in one of the major leagues in the Balkans, representing one of the most decorated clubs in Serbia.
