The Attorney General's Office (PGR) is analyzing the use of a vehicle belonging to a trafficker within the so-called "Luís Neves Case." This analysis arises in the context of ongoing investigations related to this case.
The Attorney General, Amadeu Guerra, stated that "all persons are being investigated, without exception," reinforcing the institution's commitment to impartiality and transparency in handling the case, regardless of the position or role of those involved.
In total, five proceedings currently open related to this case have been confirmed. The Public Ministry highlighted that two of these inquiries are being processed urgently during the judicial vacation period, demonstrating the priority given to the swift resolution of these issues.
The Luís Neves Case has been generating media attention, with the PGR guaranteeing that all procedures are being conducted in accordance with applicable legal procedures, ensuring the rigor and impartiality of the ongoing investigations.
