PGR reveals that Neves is target of two investigations and asked for "celerity"

The Attorney General's Office revealed that the lawyer and former mayor Neves is under two separate investigations. Amadeu Guerra, who spoke on behalf of the PGR, explained that there is an administrative inquiry related to works carried out on a property on an Alentejo farm.

The second investigation is of a criminal nature and concerns a proceeding regarding a trailer seized by the Judicial Police as part of a drug case. Neves is said to have asked for speed in the handling of these proceedings.

The information was provided by Amadeu Guerra, who specified the nature of each of the investigations involving the accused Neves.
