Psychologist Filipa Castanhinha is the author of the work "O Colo (Não) Vicia", which addresses the challenges of parenting. The book emerges as a guide for parents who seek to better understand their relationship with their children during the initial growth phase.

In the work, Castanhinha explains the benefits of holding babies, highlighting the importance of physical contact in the first years of life. The author draws on scientific evidence to demonstrate how touch and closeness contribute to the healthy development of children.

One of the main objectives of the book is to demystify the widespread idea that holding children too much can have negative consequences. Castanhinha contradicts this popular belief, stating that physical contact is fundamental and does not cause any type of dependency or harm in babies.
