Executive of Águeda unanimously approves municipal public interest recognition for WOT Pateira

The Municipal Executive of Águeda unanimously approved, at the September 3 meeting, the recognition of municipal public interest related to WOT Pateira. This decision was made through Proposal No. 389/26, integrated in the Environment and Sustainability area.

WOT Pateira is a hotel unit located near Pateira de Fermentelos, a wetland area of environmental importance in the Águeda region. The recognition of municipal public interest grants special status to the project.

The unanimous approval by the Municipal Executive demonstrates institutional support for the development of the hotel project in that sensitive area of the municipality of Águeda.
