The Parish of Nazaré is holding between September 4 and 6 the Festivities in Honor of Our Lady of Nazaré and the Most Holy Sacrament, an event that combines religious celebrations and cultural entertainment. The program begins on Friday, September 4, with the Rosary prayer at 6:30 PM, followed by the Novena and Mass at 7:00 PM. Starting at 9:00 PM, the festival features the performance of singer João Vinagre and his band.
On Saturday, September 5, dedicated to Our Lady of Nazaré, the schedule includes the recitation of the Rosary at 6:30 PM and the festive Mass at 7:00 PM, followed by a solemn procession that will travel along Avenida do Colégio Militar, Rua do Brasil to Café Nazareno, Rua da Venezuela and return to the parish church. The evening entertainment will be provided by the Municipal Band of Câmara de Lobos at 9:00 PM and the concert of Márcio Amaro and Band at 10:00 PM.
The closing of the festivities takes place on Sunday, September 6, dedicated to the Most Holy Sacrament. The day begins with the Sunday Mass at 11:30 AM, followed by the Rosary at 3:30 PM and the Mass in Honor of the Most Holy Sacrament at 4:00 PM, with a procession through the streets of the parish. The musical entertainment will be provided by the Municipal Band of Câmara de Lobos at 7:00 PM and the duo Octávio Freitas and Isabel at 8:00 PM.
The parish invites the entire community and devotees to participate in these moments of prayer, reflection and community celebration throughout the three days of festivities.
