ULSAM (Unidade Local de Saúde do Alto Minho) has opened nine vacancies for specialist doctors, representing an opportunity for these professionals to reach the top of their career. The competitive procedures will be opened and developed by each institution.

The vacancies cover eight different specialties: Anesthesiology, Gynecology/Obstetrics, General and Family Medicine, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Radiology, Public Health, and Internal Medicine. Internal Medicine is the specialty with the most positions available, with two vacancies.

These nine positions are part of a total of 350 job positions distributed across the National Health Service for 2026. The available information indicates that institutions have autonomy to manage the competitive procedures.
