J&T Express, a global logistics company specializing in express delivery for e-commerce, launched at the end of August the "Decola" Project, a program focused on training young apprentices and interns and on attracting new talent to strengthen its talent development strategy.
The program combines technical and behavioral development with practical experience, allowing participants to learn about the company's operations and relate the knowledge acquired in the classroom to the reality of the job market and the logistics sector.
In the first stage of the project, 25 young people have already been impacted, with partnerships established with the Federal Institute of Brasília (IFB) - Gama Campus, in the Federal District, and with Sest Senat - Luziânia unit, in Goiás. The Central-West region was the first to receive the program's implementation.
J&T Express stated that it intends to expand the project to other Brazilian states. The company affirmed its belief that great careers begin with an opportunity, and that Decola was created to offer young people not only a first professional experience, but also prospects for development in the logistics field.
