Mondial, a national portable home appliances company, received at the 2026 MESC Award edition the trophies for Best Air Fryer Company and Best Ventilation Company. The award ceremony took place in São Paulo, on September 2nd, with the presence of company representatives and the MESC Institute.

The award was based on the MESC Average, which combines the Customer Satisfaction Index (ISC) and the Practice Effectiveness Audit (AP). Mondial achieved 84.22% in the Air Fryer category and 89.32% in the Ventilation category, values above the 80% threshold required for certification.

In addition to the sectoral trophies, the company was highlighted as Best Customer Service in the general ranking of the 2026 MESC Award, reinforcing the consistency of its consumer relationship practices.

For Giovanni M. Cardoso, longtime cofounder of Mondial, the recognitions reflect a strategy that places the consumer at the center of the company's decisions, having received once again this recognition from the MESC Institute in such important categories.
