XTB enters European index STOXX Europe 600 from September 21

Jornal Económico3 September 2026 at 13:37

The Polish brokerage XTB will join the European index STOXX Europe 600 from September 21, in a move the company considers a milestone in its growth trajectory and international recognition. The index brings together 600 of the main listed companies in Europe, and the entry should facilitate international investors' exposure to XTB through diversified funds and exchange-traded funds.

The company's CEO, Omar Arnaout, stated that the inclusion is significant and that XTB is proud to join a group of influential companies that define the strength of the European market. The company argues that integration into the STOXX Europe 600 reinforces its position as one of the main European providers of investment services and brings it closer to the main operators in the European capital market.

Founded in 2004 in Poland, XTB has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2016 and claims to have nearly three million clients and more than 1,400 workers, distributed across 17 offices worldwide. The company expects that the entry into the index will help expand its international shareholder base, by making shares more accessible to investors with exposure to funds and ETFs that track the STOXX Europe 600.
