INEM recorded computer system failure, but response to emergency calls maintained

The National Institute of Medical Emergencies (INEM) recorded today a computer system failure in the Emergency Patient Guidance Centres (CODU), which occurred at 09:40.

The failure affected the computer systems used by the centres that coordinate urgent emergency calls.

Despite the technical failure, INEM guaranteed that the response to emergency calls remained operational, with no interruption to medical emergency care.
