Digital Commercial District teaches how to make "Healthy Lunchboxes"

The Digital Commercial District of Albergaria-a-Velha, within the scope of the Digital Academy of Tourism of Portugal, will promote free training entitled "Healthy Lunchboxes: organize, cook and save". The initiative will take place at the Business Incubator and is scheduled for the 22nd and 23rd, running from 7 to 10 PM.

The training will be led by Kátia Silva and aims to teach participants to organize, cook and save money through the preparation of healthy lunchbox meals. The event is aimed at the general public who wish to learn how to plan meals in a healthier and more economical way.

Winter inflation
