The Municipal Police of Lagoa now provides an online form for residents to report abandoned vehicle situations in the municipality. The new functionality is integrated into the Online Services of the Municipality of Lagoa, in the menu dedicated to the Municipal Police, allowing citizens to make reports without having to go to the services.
According to the municipality, the tool aims to make the process simpler, more convenient and more accessible, contributing to a faster identification of this type of situations and to a more effective intervention. Citizens can access the form through the Online Services of the Municipality of Lagoa, selecting the Municipal Police tab.
The Municipality considers that the new solution reinforces the proximity between the Municipal Police and the residents, facilitating the transmission of information related to the occupation and organization of public space. The municipality also states that the tool aims to contribute to a more cared for and organized public space.
