The Portuguese fintech Ifthenpay now makes its payment technology available integrated into the Moloni ON management software, allowing companies to automate the process between issuing an invoice and confirming the respective payment. The new integration allows Ifthenpay's payment methods to be made available directly on invoices issued through Moloni ON, and after payment, the invoice status is automatically updated in the management software.
The system eliminates the need for manual confirmation of receipts and reconciliation between different applications, reducing the time spent on administrative tasks and providing updated financial information in real time. The solution also allows payment events to be incorporated into companies' workflows, enabling notifications, automations and financial follow-up processes without the need for additional applications.
The company, headquartered in Santa Maria da Feira, has more than 30,000 business clients and processed around one billion euros in payments in the first half of 2026, having recorded double-digit growth. In 2025, Ifthenpay reported a business volume of 8.13 million euros and ended the year with more than 33,000 participating entities in Portugal and abroad, having processed approximately 1.8 billion euros in payments.
This integration with Moloni ON is part of Ifthenpay's strategy to incorporate its services into the management platforms used by companies, following a previous integration with Salesforce. According to co-founders Nuno Breda and Filipe Moura, the strategy involves integrating payments into the applications that companies already use daily, eliminating repetitive tasks and making payments cease to function as an isolated process.
