Athletes from Sintra at the European Artistic Skating Championship in Italy

The Portuguese Skating Federation called up athletes from the Municipality of Sintra to participate in the European Artistic Skating Championship, which takes place between September 6 and 13 in Ponte di Legno, Italy.

In the Solo Dance events, the Recreational Society of Várzea de Sintra will be represented by five athletes: Carolina Rodrigues Pereira, Guilherme Roseiro, Matilde Antunes, Micael Pasishnyk dos Santos and Rita Azinheira.

In the Free Skating events, the Sports and Recreational Group "Os Lobinhos" took three athletes to the European championship: Diana Vieira, Maria Barroso and Rita Afonso.

The event brings together athletes from various European countries in the discipline of artistic skating, with the representatives from Sintra competing at the highest continental level.
